The past week has been a very exciting and busy one for us here at LitPins! We'll get to those reminders and announcements, but first of all we have a slightly more serious message from our founder and CEO, Jamie:
"Hi everyone,
I know it’s been a while since I’ve reached out directly, but I felt it was important to speak to you all personally about the past few months. As some of you may know, back in November, I made the decision to move our order fulfillment to an external fulfillment centre. This was a huge step for us as a business, and it was done with the best intentions—to free up our time so we could focus on creating more for you, our amazing customers.
However, if I’m being completely honest (and you know I always strive to be transparent with you), this decision turned out to be the worst one I’ve ever made for this business. I won’t go into the specifics or name the company involved, but I will say that the service fell far, far short of what I expected. It wasn’t even close to the standard of care and quality that I want for you, and that was completely unacceptable to me.
Because of this, in January, we began the process of withdrawing from this service. It’s been a lengthy, frustrating, and unnecessarily stressful journey, and I know it impacted our outgoing shipments during this time. For that, I can only apologise profusely. You deserve so much better, and I’m truly sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment this may have caused.
The good news is that we’ve officially moved packing and fulfillment back in-house! All of our stock is now safely back with us, and I’m thrilled to introduce you to our fabulous new helper, Sasha. Over the coming weeks, she'll be working out of our warehouse to pack and process your orders with the care, attention, and speed that you’ve come to expect from us.
This whole experience has been a tough lesson, but it’s also been a reminder of how much I value the trust you place in us. I hope we can move forward from this uncertain period and focus on bringing you more exciting things in the future.

LOCKWOOD&CO LEGACY EDITION SET
As I'm sure you're all aware, preorders for our Lockwood&Co five book legacy edition set are open now! The response to this announcement has absolutely blown us away - thank you all for your support so far!
We're so excited to be able to start revealing the art for our editions from April onwards, and don't forget, further merchandise will be announced in September, so the Lockwood fun is far from over!
As a reminder, only 2000 sets are available, and once they're gone, they're gone! We estimate that shipping will begin on October 31st, 2025.

Now that it's March, it's time to start our next bimonthly book club! This March-April we will be reading Clockwork Boys, by T. Kingfisher.
