Refund policy

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means that you have 30 days to notify us that you'd like to return or cancel your order starting from the delivery of the last item. 

Customers are responsible the postage costs associated for returning any cancelled orders or items that they have received within days of notifying intent to return. A refund, including the original delivery cost, will not be processed until the item or order has been returned in full to our warehouse. 

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal include any personalised or custom items which may be relevant for LitPins&Co or for items from the final sales clarence section.

If you are ordering from the UK or anywhere else in the world and would like to submit a return or cancellation, please email us at help@litpinsandco.com with your order number and the items you'd like to cancel or return and someone will respond in 3-5 working days to sort this for you.
