I hope you’re all doing well! We’ve been able to share some very exciting art reveals this week, so here’s a quick round up of them plus some general updates and reminders!
PERCY JACKSON SPRAYED EDGE REVEAL!
Firstly, it’s the reveal you’ve all been waiting for! We are so excited to share the sprayed edges for our legacy edition set of Percy Jackson and the Olympians 🤭
This edge artwork is by the wonderful Alessia Trunfio, and we simply cannot get enough of it! The sprayed edges will create complete images on the top, bottom, and fore-edge, and we’re obsessed with all the little details. Plus, how gorgeous do the edges look with the beautiful covers?! 👀
We currently have 3,470 sets available and stock is moving steadily. We expect these sets to begin shipping in April 2027, and you can pre-order your set now HERE!
IRON WIDOW SPRAYED EDGE REVEAL!
Along the same theme, we also revealed the sprayed edges for Iron Widow! How gorgeous is this edition looking?! ❤️🔥
The wonderful Lilitt Wang created both the dust jacket and the sprayed edges for this edition, and we’re so in love with how cohesive and beautiful it’s looking! We currently have 1,150 copies, so we’d recommend getting your pre-orders in ASAP - you can grab your copy HERE 😉
MCM & YALC!
As we approach the latter half of October (how on earth is time flying so fast?!), we’re all hands on deck for our two events in London later this month, MCM London and YALC!
First up is MCM, which is NEXT WEEKEND (October 23rd, 24th, and 25th) in the ExCeL Centre London! We’ll be at stall 2Q16 all weekend selling a wide range of books and merchandise and we cannot wait to see lots of you there! We’ll be posting our catalogue, stamp rallies, and more over the next week or so in the lead up to the convention, so make sure you keep an eye on our socials.
The following weekend (October 31st and November 1st), we’ll be at YALC! We will be at stalls 36 & 37 on floor three, you’ll want to make sure you come to see us... we may just have a VERY exciting announcement to share on the Sunday 😉
SHIPPING UPDATES
We also just want to remind you all on the status of some of our existing special editions which are either currently shipping or due to be shipping soon! If you’ve ordered Botanical Horror, A Market of Dreams and Destiny, An Arcane Inheritance, Vicious, or Vengeful, please be sure to read the below 💛
Botanical Horror Sets: We are still in the process of shipping out these sets - we promise we’re going as fast as we possibly can! Hannah will be in touch about potential upgrades and excess copies shortly, and we’re hoping to have all sets dispatched by the end of October. We are truly SO sorry for this delay - unfortunately, between the quality checking taking longer due to slipcases and the warehouse team needing to also work on ironing out EU shipping, time just slipped away from us.
Thankfully, we have now hired THREE new Warehouse Assistants, who will be starting their new roles within the next week! This should help to prevent similar delays from happening in the future. Our expanded warehouse team are working hard to catch up on orders and we promise your sets will be on their way to you as soon as possible. Thank you for all your patience 💛
An Arcane Inheritance: So… October 9th came and went without the printers sending us our books (😭). Needless to say, we immediately got on the case and now have got an updated date of October 20th, and a further confirmation that they really will be with us then! As soon as we get these books in hard we’ll begin quality checking and dispatching as quickly as we can, so hopefully you’ll have your books by the end of October 🤞
A Market of Dreams and Destiny, Vicious, and Vengeful: Unfortunately, we’re still awaiting a final delivery date for all of these editions. Trust us, we’re as impatient as you, but it’s unfortunately entirely out of our hands. As soon as we have a date, we’ll be in touch with an updated timeframe. We are truly so sorry for all of this, we promise your books will be worth the wait!
