Emailing Customer Care
Firstly, we understand that there have been recent delays to orders etc, but we ask people not to be sending aggressive emails to Hannah or swearing at her. We’re a small company, and only Jamie works full-time - the rest of us are all part-time!
We always do our best to be transparent and honest, so please be respectful, not just to us but any customer care worker!
Vicious Collector’s Box Raffle!
We’ve raised £1,770 so far for the California Community Fund which is providing support following the devastating LA Fires. If you’re wanting to win a collector’s box of Vicious, the raffle is open until the end of February and entries are just £1 each!
