Happy New Year! We hope you had a wonderful festive period and that the start of 2026 has treated you well 💛 Just a quick newsletter from us today, with some general reminders and information regarding what January will look like at LitPins&Co!
SHOP REOPENING
Firstly, this is your reminder that the LitPins&Co shop will remain closed until January 16th, to give those of us who work in the warehouse a proper break! In the meantime, our special edition books are all still available to purchase, so if you’ve got some holiday money to spend, why not treat yourself? 😉
Our team is now back at work after our holiday break, so we will be catching up on emails and social media messages sent over the break. Thank you for your patience - if we haven’t gotten to your query yet, please rest assured we will do ASAP!
When our shop reopens on January 16th, our annual January sale will begin! We’ll have plenty of exciting products discounted, so be sure to keep an eye on our shop to grab yourself a bargain 🤭
LOCKWOOD&CO
Our Lockwood&Co sets will also be available to purchase again on January 16th! Thank you for your patience whilst we worked through the remaining orders, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience to everyone who was waiting to purchase!
If you’re planning to purchase a set, we have set up a waitlist and everyone who joins will be given early access to purchase Lockwood&Co before they’re added to the site for general sale. You can join the waitlist here. We do currently anticipate having plenty of stock for general sale after early access has ended, but if you’d like to be 100% certain that you’ll have a chance to purchase, the waitlist is the answer! We’re determined to keep these books out of the hands of resellers and get them safely to fans of Lockwood&Co 💚
LOCKWOOD KEYCHAINS
Speaking of Lockwood&Co, our official Lockwood keychains FINALLY arrived! If you ordered one previously then you will have received an email with more details, but essentially a whole stream of bad luck, from poor quality items to lost shipments, resulted in us having to cancel and refund all orders of the keychain.
Now that they have arrived and are of a quality we are happy with, we are so excited to confirm that the keychains will be rereleased during our February merch drop! We’re so sorry for all the delays and inconvenience with this item, but we’re just so glad that we will be able to sell it again next month.
MEGACON LIVE LONDON
This month, we will be attending Megacon Live in London! This event is held in the ExCel Centre on January 24th-25th, and we cannot wait. It would be amazing to see lots of you there - keep an eye on our socials to see where our stall is!
END-OF-YEAR SURVEY
Finally, we just want to remind you that this is the last week to fill in our end of year survey! This survey is a chance for you to let us know what you’ve liked this year, what you’ve disliked, and what you’d like to see in the future at LitPins, all of which is so valuable for us.
