I hope you’re all doing well and enjoying October so far (arguably one of the best months!) It feels like it’s been ages since I wrote just a general newsletter thanks to my holiday and our special edition announcements but that’s what today is - some good news and some less good news, so please be sure to read until the end 💛

Merchandise Drop & Upcoming Merch!

In case you missed it, we launched some exciting new merchandise a couple of weeks ago! This included a variety of official Lockwood&Co items, along with some LOTR inspired products, a K-Pop Demon Hunters inspired shaker keychain, and Bookish Pronoun Pins by FelfiraMoonDesigns!

Don’t forget, you can also get 5% off all merchandise (except for special edition books and Heartstopper merchandise) in celebration of Jamie’s birthday, with the code Lockwood5, which will be active until November 1st!

Unfortunately, we also have some less ideal news about upcoming merchandise. As many of you are likely aware, we have three further products planned for our Lockwood&Co official collection: a tote bag, a tea towel, and a book sleeve, which we had hoped to launch in mid-November. However, we have never made these types of products before, and unfortunately we simply underestimated how long the manufacturing would take! With YALC, the amount of internal deadlines we have coming up, and then the Christmas period, there's just no way we would be able to receive the products, quality check them, pack them, and ship them out next month.

Unfortunately, this means we have no choice but to delay the final Lockwood&Co official products until February 2026, so they can launch as part of our Winter 2026 merchandise drop. We understand that this will likely lead to disappointment, and we are so sorry for this. Please rest assured that no existing Lockwood products are impacted, and your Legacy Edition books are still on track to ship at the end of this month!

February will be here before we know it, we promise :)

Artemis Fowl Legacy Edition Set

In more exciting news, we launched our Legacy Edition Set of Artemis Fowl last week! The response on this set has been truly incredible so far and we cannot thank you enough for all the support. In case you missed it, here are all the key details!

Pre-orders are open now, and you can grab yours here 💚

We have a couple more special edition announcements still to announce before the end of the year, so stay tuned 😉

Lockwood&Co Legacy Edition Set

Speaking of special edition sets, we’re inching closer and closer the shipping date for our Lockwood&Co sets!

If you ordered a set, you should have already received emails regarding address checks - if you need to change your details and have ordered a Lockwood set, please reply to that email ASAP or get in touch with us at help@litpinsandco.com if you have not received the address check email. If you do not respond or get in touch with us and your order is then shipped to the wrong address, we cannot accept responsibility for this. If your order is returned to us after being shipped to the wrong address, you will be required to pay for your set to be shipped out to you again.

Pre-orders are still available! We do expect there to be sets available after the pre-order period ends, but the only way to 100% guarantee that you will get a set is to pre-order. We’re still expecting that these sets will begin shipping in the last week of October, and we cannot wait for you all to get yours. 💚

September Reading Updates

Yes, I know, we’re halfway through October and I’m only just updating you all about our September reads! As I said, it’s been a while since I last wrote a more typical newsletter haha. Without further ado, this is what we read and loved last month!

Meg: I finished my Masters degree in September which meant I had plenty of time to read! I read two upcoming releases by two of my favourite authors - Is This A Cry For Help? by Emily Austin, and Girl Dinner by Olivie Blake and I loved them both! Other than that, I was very much embracing the Autumnal vibes and read Sad Girl Hours by Anna Zoe Quirke, The Sword of Kaigen by M. L. Wang, Hazelthorn by C. G. Drews, The Incandescent by Emily Tesh, A Theory of Dreaming by Ava Reid, and Cinder House by Freya Marske! I honestly loved all of them - I didn’t have a single miss in September :)

Jamie: Jamie started the month with Moth Dark by Kika Hatzopoulou, an author she really enjoys! After that, she revisited her childhood by reading Vampirates 1 & 2, by Justin Somper, before getting stuck into the Autumnal vibe by picking up An Education in Malice by S. T. Gibson, which she loved!

Hannah: Hannah read three books which she absolutely loved in September! Firstly, she picked up The Love Hypothesis which she was super pleasantly surprised by, then she read Swordheart by T. Kingfisher, and then they picked up The Creeping Shadow by Jonathan Stroud, in preparation for Lockwood month!

Have an amazing week, and I’ll see you again next Friday!

- The LitPins&Co Team 💛
