Hello all!
Unfortunately, it appears we jinxed ourselves this time by giving a definite date for when boxes would be shipped...
After a small collection, Royal Mail informed us we had to book a big collection with cages to pack all your eagerly awaited Vicious boxes in. Because of this, we booked a collection for Monday 3rd February, but thanks to human error from Royal Mail, this was somehow recorded as 3rd January, 2026!
After following up with Royal Mail we were promised a collection yesterday, which ended up just being a run and drop of Royal Mail collection bags and a post driver whose act could outdo Houdini!
So we’ve attempted to make the best of it as we’ve been told Royal Mail will be coming to collect some orders today and the rest tomorrow.
We’ve been working out of a storage unit and the lovely Paul who works there has been wonderful giving us a hand in making something good out of a bad situation. As you can see, we’ve decided to use the bags rather than wait for the cages and have carefully packed up orders to go out.
We are sorry about this last delay; believe us, we are just as frustrated as all of you and just want you all receive your much awaited boxes and books.
Thank you all again, we really do appreciate everyone’s understanding with this.
We’ve learnt so much during the process of this special edition and we hope as we begin working on our next special edition set in the next few weeks it will run much more smoothly.
