Just a few updates from us today, regarding shipping over the next few weeks!
Firstly, if you have received an email from us saying that your order has been cancelled, please be assured that it has not! We've been bringing some stock back into house so that we can sort out some warehouse paperwork and GPSR compliance but all orders will still be dispatched, and you will receive a new dispatch email when this happens.
Please note, if you ordered a Nick and Charlie pin there will be a slight extra delay as we need to get these pins back from the warehouse - they will still be shipped within the next couple of weeks, and we apologise for the delay!
Secondly, the Vicious collector's boxes are still on track to dispatch before the end of the month! We are waiting on the enamel pins but these are on their way to us and we are pre-packing boxes to ensure that they will go out to you as fast as physically possible.
We will also be adjusting the dates of our Vicious unboxing challenge on Instagram to reflect the delays and ensure that everyone can take part, so please keep an eye on our social media regarding this!
Thirdly, our shop will be reopening this Saturday! Please be aware that, as we're shipping in house this month, there may be a slight delay in packing and dispatch for the next couple of weeks.
Finally, we'd just like to reiterate to everyone that we are a very small business - there are only four of us! Recently we've been receiving some nasty emails, and whilst we understand that we've been facing a lot of delays over the last few months, we have tried to be transparent about this and have apologised repeatedly, so this rudeness is not necessary. Of course, if you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to us, but we'd appreciate your kindness and understanding!
