Updates, Surveys, and a Cover Reveal! 💛

Hi everyone,

We hope you’re all doing well and are getting into the festive spirit if you’re celebrating this month! Just some general updates and information for you today, plus an exciting cover reveal!

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Firstly, the LitPins&Co shop is now ‘closed’ for the holidays! During this time, only pre-order products and gift cards are available to purchase.

The LitPins team has been hard at work this week to get your orders out before we take a well earned break for most of next week! The remaining Lockwood&Co Legacy Edition sets should all be shipped today, and we are so excited to see you all receive them. Thank you all for your patience as we’ve worked our way through thousands of books and battled various issues along the way!

Unfortunately, it appears that all good news does come with bad news, and after a whole saga with our Lockwood&Co keychains involving poor quality, remaking the items, and missing packages, we have had to make the difficult decision to cancel and refund orders of these keychains. All customers affected should have been contacted already, and refunds are being processed! This also means that any held orders of merchandise have either now shipped or will be shipped very early next week. If we do ever receive these items (😭) and they’re of a quality we’re happy with, they will be put on sale again during our winter merch drop in February. We’re so sorry about this and we truly did not intend for this saga to be such a long one - trust us, we’re just as frustrated as you are! Please rest assured that we’ve learnt a lot from this whole experience and it has directly informed how we will operate our merchandise drops in 2026 and beyond 💛

The LitPins&Co shop will reopen fully on January 16th with our annual January sale! Our Lockwood&Co legacy edition sets will also be available to purchase again on this day, plus there might be an exciting announcement… 😉

LOCKWOOD&CO WAITLIST

Speaking of our Lockwood&Co legacy edition sets, we have set up a waitlist for these! As you’re hopefully aware, we had to temporarily remove them from our website to allow us to catch up on orders, but they will be back in January.

Ahead of them being available on the website on January 16th, we will be emailing everyone who joins the waitlist with an early access link to ensure that our remaining boxes get into the hands of Lockwood fans! We anticipate having plenty of stock for both the waitlist and general sale, but if you’d like to ensure that you’re able to purchase a set, you can sign up to the waitlist here 💚

VICIOUS REPRINT PRE-ORDERS - LAST CHANCE

Speaking of special editions, this is your reminder that the open pre-order for our reprinted edition of Vicious ends TOMORROW! If you want to get your hands on a copy, place your order today to avoid disappointment - you can pre-order here! 🖤

This edition is unsigned, and all 10th anniversary branding has been removed in the reprinted edition. The reprint also does not come with page overlays, but these are available to purchase separately!

It’s that time of year again… it’s time for the LitPins&Co end of year survey! This is a chance for you to let us know what you’ve liked, what you’ve disliked, and what you’d like to see in the future at LitPins.
