We hope you’re all doing well! Just a short email today, with some information regarding YALC and the shipping process for our Lockwood&Co Legacy Edition sets.
YALC
This weekend, November 15th and 16th, we will be at YALC in London!
You’ll be able to find us at Stalls 23 and 24 on both days, and we cannot wait. Be sure to come and say hi if you’re around, it would be amazing to see lots of you there!
We will have a range of merchandise available for purchase, including some brand new merchandise that will be added to the website in January! We will also have some Lockwood&Co Legacy Edition Sets (only about 100 though, so we recommend you grab yours quickly)! If you spend over £50 with us, you’ll even get a free LitPins&Co tote bag, so you can carry your new goodies around in style 💛
As the whole team will be in London for YALC, this does mean that our replies to emails and on social media will be a bit slower. Please be patient with us and don’t fret - we’ll get to your messages as soon as we’re all back at our desks!
LOCKWOOD SHIPPING
In other news, Lockwood&Co Legacy Edition shipping is still continuing! If you’re based in the UK and placed your order before November 10th, your order has now shipped, and the other UK orders will be going out imminently.
We are now making our way around the world and sending out all of the international pre-orders! Please be patient with us - we understand that a lot of you have been waiting for a long time and we are so sorry for this! Shipping over a thousand boxes with five books in each is a bit of a logistical nightmare, hence the shipping in batches. We also want to ensure that we dedicate enough time to be certain that all tariff information is 100% correct before shipping out orders to the USA, as we want to avoid any unexpected costs! Rest assured your order will be making its way to you ASAP and we are SO excited.
