How do Pre-Orders work?
Pre-Orders are for pin designs that are already in production or soon to be in production.

By pre-ordering you are not only ensuring the pins you want get made, but you'll also secure them at a reduced price!

Pre-Order items will NOT ship with the rest of your order but will ship as soon as they become available.
Pin Grades
A Grade pins are considered the best of the bunch with only small, microscopic imperfections, such as tiny marks or dents that are expected with handmade items such as enamel pins.

B Grade pins are pins that have small imperfections that are not instantly noticeable and do not ruin the overall look of the pin but are still offered at a reduced price - great for pin collectors on a budget!
We classify these pins as those with: small scratches, dust/marks on the enamel/metal, small areas of missing enamel, uneven enamel/smudges.

C Grade pins(rare) are pins that have multiple, obvious imperfections and as such are offered at a further reduced price. These pins are perfect for those who want to wear them out and about without fear!
We classify these pins as those with: large pieces of missing enamel, deep scratches/gouges, miscoloured/discoloured enamel, large areas of uneven enamel.

Photos of individual pins and their errors cannot be provided for your order.

Orders & Shipping Information

IMPORTANT: COVID & BREXIT UPDATES(MARCH 2021)

On January 1st 2021, the UK left the EU and a number of new changes came into effect. Please keep the following in mind when ordering:

1) Customs forms are now mandatory for EU packages. Unfortunately, there is still some confusion on fees for packages going from the UK to the EU. This is out of my control. Please check your countries most recent updates on charges where applicable. I am not responsible for these charges.

2) Due to changes in paperwork(BREXIT) and the pandemic(COVID), items may be delayed. Again, this is out of my control. Please see the estimated shipping times below(based on last year) but please be aware items may take longer as the UK/EU adjusts to the new shipping requirements post BREXIT.

How do I use my discount code?
On the checkout page, there will be an entry box for discount codes situated on the right hand side - separate to your customer information. Enter your discount code in this box and continue with your order as normal and the discount will be applied on checkout.
How is shipping calculated?

Shipping prices are determined by weight and location as provided by the Royal Mail website and are checked regularly. 

When will my order ship?
As I am a one-woman band, packing takes me a day or two and I aim to ship orders as frequently as possible – usually within a week of ordering.

 During new releases and busy times of the year, this time may increase but I will always give you updates via my newsletter and Instagram!  
I forgot something! Can I combine my orders?
Of course! Contact me as soon as possible with both of your order numbers and I will be more than happy to combine them into a single package and refund any shipping overages. 

Unfortunately, I cannot do this if your order has already shipped so please make sure to email me as soon as you can! :)
How long will it take to receive my order?
Arrival times will vary depending on where you live and when you order.
Average shipping times within the UK are between 1-4 weeks, within Europe and the USA - anywhere from a 1-2 weeks to 1-2 months due to customs regulations, Brexit and COVID-19 pandemic restrictions.

Please be aware that if you are ordering during a national holiday, delivery will be slower than usual due to the increase in packages.
My order is damaged or missing items!
In the immortal words of Forrest Gump - Shit Happens.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but it will break our little bookish heart.

Email litpinsandco@hotmail.com as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, standard returns protocol will have to be followed.
