I hope youâre all doing well! Somehow weâve reached the end of July - how crazy is that?! Not long now until we finally get our Botanical Horror sets in hand đ¤Â
Todayâs newsletter is pretty stacked with lots of important updates regarding various special editions, so buckle in!
AN ARCANE INHERITANCE DELAY
Firstly, weâve got some less than ideal news to get out of the way. Unfortunately, weâve heard from Source Books, the publishers of An Arcane Inheritance, that our edition has been delayed at print. This was our first time utilising this specific printer, and whilst Source Books vouched for them, luck simply wasnât on our side, much to the publishersâ surprise and disappointment! Due to this, we are now expecting to receive An Arcane Inheritance towards the end of September, and we hope to be able to dispatch orders throughout October. We apologise for how long it has taken us to be able to update about this edition - unfortunately, the publishers only communicated this with us this week, as they had been trying to resolve it on their end, leaving us just as in the dark as you all have been.
We completely understand how disappointing this will be - trust us, weâre disappointed too! All we can do is apologise, but we hope you understand that this was, unfortunately, entirely out of our control.
To apologise for this delay, we will be adding 100 loyalty points to the accounts of everyone impacted. Whilst it wonât make your books come any sooner, we hope it will go some way to minimise the annoyance!
Plus, to find a silver lining, it does mean that An Arcane Inheritance, a dark academia book, will arrive to you all in Autumn, aka the perfect time to read a dark academia book! Maybe it was fate�

SCORPION DEEP REPRINT!
In much better news, we are thrilled to confirm that we have been able to secure a further 500 UNSIGNED copies of our special edition of Scorpion Deep!
Everyone on the waitlist will be contacted for early access by the end of this weekend. This early access period will last for THREE WEEKS, and remaining stock will then be added to the website for general sale at 5pm BST on Wednesday 19th August.â â
This edition is priced at ÂŁ36 plus shipping, and shipping is estimated to begin in November 2026 (at the same time as the original signed run and the first unsigned run)!â
We know that lots of you missed out on this edition the first time around, and we are so happy to be able to offer more! Be sure to keep an eye on your emails if you joined the waitlist, or mark your calendars if youâll be waiting for general sale! We will have enough stock to go to general sale, but stock will be limited.
IMMORTAL GAME!
ICYMI, our special edition of Immortal Game has finally reached our warehouse! đ¤
This means that we can now offer combined shipping for Immortal Game and any other book that we have in hand or any merchandise! The only caveat is that we cannot dispatch Immortal Game until after August 4th. However, if youâre happy to wait for your other items until then, we can now ship all of them together which will then save you some shipping costs đĽ°
Itâs not long now until youâll be receiving your copies and we cannot wait - we hope you love this edition as much as we do!
