I hope you’re all doing well! Today’s newsletter is a very short one, primarily just celebrating our stunning edition of Immortal Game by Allison Saft! We’re expecting to receive this edition at our warehouse on Monday and I’m aware it’s been a while since I first revealed the artwork, so I figured it was worth reminding you all what a treat you’re in for with this edition 😉
Before that though, I just quickly want to reiterate our message from last week about the new EU handling fee. We’re aware this has been a big source of concern for many customers, so we want to make sure you’re all aware of how we’re responding to it!
NEW EU HANDLING FEE
In case you missed it, all parcels coming into the EU from a country outside the EU are now subject to a €3 handling fee and because the UK is sadly no longer a part of the EU, this will include any orders we are shipping into the EU.
We have decided as a company that we will cover this fee for any orders (including pre-orders!) placed BEFORE JULY 1ST, so that customers don’t receive an unexpected surprise bill upon delivery.
However, for all orders placed after that date and going forwards, we will not be able to absorb the cost. We truly wish we could, but as a small company it simply is not financially viable for us to do so. We will continue to monitor the situation, and will of course update you if anything changes!
We are fully IOSS registered, so this new fee will be charged at checkout and there should not be any unexpected charges upon delivery. We’re so sorry about the additional cost, but we just want to remind all customers that this is entirely out of our control - we didn’t make the rules, we’re just following them!

IMMORTAL GAME
Now for some more exciting discussions - can you believe we’re receiving Immortal Game so soon?!
As this is a new release, we will not be able to ship out any orders until August 4th. We’re all heading to HQ to help with quality checking and packing though, so that we should be able to get all of the existing orders sent out within a few days of the 4th!
