Just a short newsletter from us today, but we’ve got some very exciting art and updates to share, plus an important update regarding tariffs.
SCORPION DEEP!
Firstly, we’ve finally been able to reveal the long awaited Scorpion Deep cover and sprayed edges! We are utterly obsessed with how this edition has come together, and we hope you all are too 🤭
The stunning dust jacket artwork is by Avenley (@avenleyart on Instagram), with beautiful sprayed edges by our in-house artist, Buttercup Grove! Signed stock is now extremely limited, so be sure to grab one before they go. We do also have unsigned copies available! The sea is calling, and you won’t want to miss this one… 🪸🖤🌊

As it is now Pride Month, our annual pride promotion is back! For the whole month of June, get any Read Gay Do Crime pin FREE with orders over £25 before shipping! To claim the offer, simply add the pin of your choice to your basket before checking out. As long as the order is over £25, the Read Gay Do Crime pin will then be automatically discounted, making it free!
Please note, if you order a pre-order product, you will be charged separate shipping on the RGDC pin so that we can ship it out to you immediately. If you want to order a pre-order item and don’t mind waiting to receive your pin with your other item, please email Hannah at help@litpinsandco.com instead of adding your pin to basket, and she’ll be able to manually add the pin to your order to be shipped out alongside your pre-order item.
EDUCATION IN MALICE!
Our special edition of An Education In Malice is officially arriving at our warehouse today (eek!) and we are so excited! We’ll be working hard over the next couple of weeks to get all of the books quality checked and packed so they can be shipped out to you.
If you have ordered a copy of An Education In Malice, you should have received an address check email the other day. If you need to update your address, please reply to that email as soon as possible, to ensure that no books end up at the wrong place!

IOSS/TARIFFS UPDATE
On a less exciting (but very important!) note, we also just wanted to give a quick update on the EU tariff situation! As lots of you are probably aware, a new €3 tariff has been introduced in certain countries. We are fully IOSS registered, meaning that the other relevant tariffs are collected at checkout. However, whilst our provider is working on a solution, they are not able to charge this new tariff at checkout as it has not been rolled out across Europe, and it cannot be done individually for the relevant countries.
Unfortunately, this does mean that if your country has already adopted the new tariff then you may be charged upon delivery, but it should only be for this new tariff!
We’re so sorry for any inconvenience caused, and we will update further as soon as we can 💛
